What "Rican" conveniently omits (either by ignorance or agenda-setting is that geese NATURALLY overeat (usually in preparation for winter. Unless you are a vegetarian there is nothing especially cruel about foie gras, only in the anthropomorphism and misplaced empathy.

This weird combo works out wonderfully. If there is 1 way i want to use my very expensive fouie gras wich i buy occotionally this would be the way. If you think about it when you usually hav foie gras it has a sweet sauce on toasted brioche so this recipe makes perfect sence
