Turned out perfect, just like the picture! I took this to a dinner - it was a beautiful presentation and everyone LOVED it! Not overly sweet or heavy and the filling was light. Love the almond and cherry cola flavor! Will definitely make this again.

This is the worse baking disaster that I've had in a long time. I am by no means a novice baker. I make Pumpkin Rolls all of the time and they turn out fine. The cake fell apart when I unrolled it. The icing gets too watery. Very very disappointing!

My girlfriend made this for a get together. It was soooo good and very pretty. I am going to make it this weekend.

This cake is "AWESOME"!!!! The only thing I changed was I added chopped walnuts to the batter after I got it in the pan, like a pumpkin roll. There was not a crumb left. It is really easy to make. New Christmas dessert and Pumpkin Roll for Thanksgiving.
