I substitute panko to crust the chicken and the rest of the recipe as it is. This is one my husbands favorite meals. Great left overs.

Loved this! I increased cooking time on the chicken because I cut my chicken breasts into larger pieces than the recipe called for but this was easy and pretty quick to make. The chicken was good, the slaw was great; even my gf who claims not to like any slaw was caught standing at the fridge door eating the slaw with a fork.

The chicken was really good, but the slaw was great!! I've made it 3 times already, with different entrees, and my husband (not a slaw fan loves it! The only thing I changed was using garlic roasted hummus....had it in the house.
I'm planning on making it again today - yum!!

My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. I added some feta to the pita and it added nice flavor. I will make this again!

The chicken is really delicious... such a creative idea! I used a "broccoli slaw" instead of cabbage, just for the added nutritional benefit. If you're like me and like to make things from scratch, I highly recommend making your own hummus! You can flavor it any way you like (red pepper, sundried tomato, it will add to the dish : The recipe would be great with tzatziki too, if you're not a big fan of slaw and/or hummus.

This is a great, quick dinner for a work night. I used chicken tenders and made the slaw up a day in advance to save time. The favors of the chicken and slaw were great. Next time, I am going to try a flavored hummus (garlic or roasted red pepper to make it just a little more flavorful. Excellent recipe overall!

I made this tonight for my boyfriend and I since we are trying to eat healthy. It was incredible! Super easy to make and fun to eat in the pita! The only thing I am going to do differently next time is use half a lemon instead of a whole one because the slaw was a little too tart for our tastes.
