Delicious. And the directions are very precise, you don't have to waste time wondering what they meant by "stir until thick" or "add however much parmesan you think would make it taste good, in your vast experience as a person who has never done this before". But I'm not here to rag on other recipes, just to say this one is easy to follow and it tastes great.

I made this with Hot turkey Italian sausage and NO BREAD. It was so yummy. My picky husband loved it too.

So good! I made it with roasted potatoes and reg Italian sausages because that's what I had on hand... Delish! Everyone loved it!

I have made many brunch recipes over the years, and this is the winner, hands down. I followed the suggestion of several reviewers and added cubed roasted potatoes. I served this with mimosas, sourdough rolls, coffee of course, and a dessert of blueberries and raspberries with a touch of framboise. Excellent!

Very good! Made it for Saturday breakfast and me and my husband loved it. Definately bake for 20 min. to thoroughly cook the center of the egg. I prepared the bread cubes the day before to save time but bake them about 8 min. initially otherwise they will get too toasted when they bake on top of sausage. The Goat cheese really complimented it. Grazie Giada!

Oh my yumminess this was...well...yummy! I had my mother-in-law over and it was a cold New England night and I was tired from a week full of work. I wanted something easy but tasty for dinner. I saw Giada make this "breakfast" on tv and I thought it would be a great dinner. We all loved it, including my 13 & 11 year old children. Another tasty but easy meal from Giada...thanks!!! I did double it and there were 5 of us for dinner...there were 4 "servings " left over for a nice lunch for the kids on Saturday.

This was fantastic! Lovely flavor combination and with a few changes it could go in plenty different directions, but wonderful as is! Nice that it can be prepared ahead of time, makes it great for company around the holidays!

I wasn't a fan of the turkey in there, but the overall dish was a great idea. I will make it again & use pastrami instead. I also don't like goat cheese, so I used big chunks of mozarella. I loved the crunchy-olive-oil bread, yum!

this was a great recipe. it was a change from the same ole egg breakfast. my husband loved it. I changed the sausage to pan pork sausage. This was a hearty dish. loved, loved, loved it. will be in my recipe book forever. all the favors compliment each other. I thought the goat cheese would be overpowering but all the flavors were wonderful together
