    The chicken was so awesome! I loved this dish despite the fact that I grilled on my george forman and only marinated it for an hour.

    I made the chicken and avacado relish following this recipe to a "T" for a party and it was awesome! Instead of serving as nachos though, I served it as chicken soft tacos with coleslaw to cut some of the heat from the chicken. When I first tasted the chipotle-honey sauce, I was worried it would be too spicy for some of my guests, but once it was grilled, the honey came out and balanced the heat perfectly! I had plenty of sauce left over... so refrigerated it. Now I have a nice go to spicy sauce for future grilling. Great recipe!

    This is to die for. Did the chicken exactly as written, so flavorful and tender. Complex flavor balance. And the cheese sauce suited the dish perfectly. Didn't do the avocado relish, but will make next time and turn the dish into tacos. Thanks, Bobby!

    I made many changes, so I can only partially review this, but it is fantastic. I can only imagine if I'd made the cheese sauce too. The chicken is delicious and well-balanced. The Avocado relish is the best part. I broiled instead of grilled, and it was still wonderful, but I'm sure grilling it would be even better. Thanks for a great recipe!
