All I can say is "Coolio, your granny rocks!" This reminds me so much of my great grandmothers
cake (Cumming, Ga decades ago! This cake is a blessing to anyone who has a chance to taste it. Thank you soooooo much Coolio! You touched our hearts.

I have been dabbling with baking these last few months. This was ABSOLUTELY the best tasting & easiest cake that I have conquered. I highly recommend this recipe.

I have made this twice for my family and have taken the leftovers to work and everyone loves it! Very easy to make. Just made it for the second time for Easter to rave reviews again! Everyone at work was looking forward to me bringing what was left of it.

Made this cake today (4/7/12 for Easter dessert It lookedand smelled so good I had to have an early Easter dessert. This cake is excellent and easy to prepare. If there was room for 5 more stars I add them on to my rating.

I love this cake with the exception of the lime and that is just because i don't like lime.

This recipe was super easy and very tasty! I added a little more lemon juice and lime because I like a little tartness but definitely a last-minute-company-what-do-I-make must have.
