    Enjoyed a new dish, never thought I would like cold rice. This was an easy salad and enjoyable with the turkey lettuce wraps.

    Awesome side salad. I cut the rice by half and used brown instead of white. Added 3 colors of peppers, chopped fresh cilantro, and parsley.

    It is delicious and different. I added broccoliin addition to the peas, onions and peppers. I will surley make it again! Made dressing to taste.

    Good salad but a little bland. I elevated it by adding a little bit of sugar. It gave it just what it needed

    I made this salad last night and it was a big hit with my husband. I loved it, too. I am going to keep this recipe handy so I can use it for pot luck dinners and dinner parties. Soaking the onions in cold water was the best trick! They were crunchy and not strong at all. Thanks, Melissa!

    It was sooo good. I was nervous about making this rice because my husband is very particular about his rice (will only eat a certain brand and it has to be cooked a certain way. He loved it too. The only thing I will do next time is put less onions in. I shocked them like Melissa Said, but they were still very strong.

    I added sugar to the dressing and put much more vinegar (about 2x in it, based on previous comments. Also added green onions, red jalepeno, zucchini. Sounds kinda weird but it worked.
