    These were amazing! I made my potato cakes on the smaller side so we had more and it was plenty! We had them again the next night just reheated in the oven and they were simply fantastic the next day too!

    Simply delicious! Very easy to make and nothing left for tomorrow! We all loved it! Definitely have to make a double batch next time!!!!

    Yummy! Home cooking without the fat, can use this many ways in other recipes too. Goes great with his ham too!

    Very easy to make and tasty. A. Nice change for side dish. I served it with chicken Marengo. Everyone loved it! I did need more oil in pan.

    Since my mom passed I have not been able to perfect her potato cake recipe. Saw this episode and thought since it was a bit more healthly and flavorful I would try, it was a great tasting potato cake. Would not change a thing.

    I loved this episode and had to try the recipe, but I hope Bobby doesn't mind I used sweet potato's instead. They were a hit. I can't wait to try with white potato's. Thanks to Bobby for doing all the hard work and making old recipe's new again and better for me!
