I sorta ran with it. I had alot of left over cookies from the holidays and I just crumbled them and used them as the coating. Also I made several different variations with several toppings. After watching the show I got inspired. My ganache set perfectly and they are very delectable.

I made this after I saw the show because it looked so easy to make. After I put it in the refrigerator for the required time, the ganache looked like a blob and it didn't hold it's shape very well after I rolled it in the graham cracker. After waiting for 30 minutes, the "truffle" looked like a blob, not a cute ball as seen in her show. Also, it tasted a little too bitter for me, maybe I should use milk chocolate chips next time.
