First off, I'm a big fan of Ann. I saw this recipe being prepared and had to make it. Very easy. Skirt steak is my favorite.. What could be wrong with anchovies, bread crumbs, garlic, butter and olive oil? One more thing.....I live in a studio in NYC with sort of a kitchen. I made this whole recipe in an electric skillet. The end result was perfection. Thanks.

Absolutely delicious & easy to prepare. I'm not a recipe follower...I do not measure but I do kind of follow directions to some degree such as ingredients. I use a pinch of this and a pinch of that. My 7 yr old who is not a meat lover at all, ate every bit of food infront of him last night & came back for seconds. Great dish! Anne Burrell is the best!

Delicious marinade....would probably use a different cut of meat next time, skirt steak was stringy. Will try with flank steak or even chicken

ANNE BURRELL IS MY HERO. Great recipe! I only had dover sole fish, and replaced the anchovies with macadamia nuts, since when melted, anchovies taste like nuts. The herbed bread crumbs was a great accent! Thanks Anne
