This was my first time making egg rolls and it came out great!! I used ground turkey and made the dipping sauce with pineapple juice! It was very flavorful!!

A lot easier than I thought and very flavorful. I made a few changes instead of eggroll wrappers I used flour tortillas (burrito sized and I softened the cabbage slightly with the ground turkey mixture. Also, I didn't deep fry, but pan fried, without oil, until shell was crisp. These were a hit. Thanks Coolio!

I loved this! I followed the recipe very close but I did add diced celery to the cabbage and cheese mix. I added just a touch of hot sauce to the peach BBQ dipping sauce. I can't wait to impress some friends with this new dish! Thanks COOLIO!
Update: 1/29/12 I made these again today and wanted to share that I added 3 Tablespoons of apricot preserves to the BBQ sauce. We loved it even more!

YUMMY!!! I made this recipe from the ingredients Coolio mentioned on the Rachael Vs. Guy Cook-Off. I just checked the recipe here to see if I missed anything and the only difference from the posted recipe is that I mixed the meat and cabbage together and then assembled the egg rolls adding the sharp cheddar cheese on top. They turned out great! I'm going to serve these at our Super Bowl Party on Sunday. I know they're going to be a huge hit. THANKS Coolio, Rachael, Guy and FOOD NETWORK! You guys ROCK!

Awesome to put cheese in an eggroll... and Coolio didn't just use the syrup... he blended the actual peaches into the sauce. Makes it a bit thicker... and better. Go Ghetto Gourmet!!

I'm disappointed. On the show, Coolio said he dipped the wrappers in a mixture of egg and milk to help them stick together. Recipe doesn't include this step/indicate what the mixture should be.
