Made this for Valentine´s and came out perfect! My husband loved it, it was moist and firm. The only thing is that I thought there was too much bittersweet chocolate taste. I may do half bittersweet, half milk chocolate next time.

I've made this recipe many times and it's always come out perfect! I've tried others from Food Network chefs but I think this one is the best. The cake is moist, gooey and worth the work.

Easy to make and delicious. I added a little bit of salt to the final mixture before baking. I didn't have ramekins so I used small pot pie tins and cooked for 15 minutes ... these are much larger and will easily feed 2-3 people ... but it was so good I ate almost all of it myself!

So easy and very delicious!!! You will never buy a molten lava cake for a dessert again, instead you'll make it yourself! I paired it with strawberries to dip into that "chocolate lava" goodness. You have to try it.

The effort to make these cakes was minimum but the tasty and satisfaction was maximum. They was sooo delicious and decadent. My husband said they taste like they came from a five star gourmet bakery. Thank you Pat & Gina for sharing!

These things are great. I make them all the time when I need a special dessert. Everyone thinks they're unbelievable, and they're really very easy to make. My only addition is a put about a tablespoon of hibiscus powder in the melted chocolate. Adds just a hint of floral, and leaves everyone wondering what the amazing flavor is that they can't quite identify.
