Excellent!!! Super easy to make and equally easy if not easier to clean up after! That is always one of my biggest critiques of a recipe is clean up. I don't want to have 10 different dishes to wash and have to scrub crusted stuff off the pan when its done. This was too easy! The ingredients are spot on, wouldn't change a thing! (Oh, wait, I lied a little... I didn't have any paprika so I substituted chili powder. Delicious!!!!

    Delish! and super easy...yay!
Added a 1/2tsp of chili powder, subbed regular paprika and white pepper. I will definitely make this again!

Super easy, moist chicken, and delicious! Few tweaks: I baked at 475 and baked in a pyrex 9x13 baking dish (not preheated. Added an additional 4 cloves of garlic when I transferred potatoes to dish (I love garlic, so if you don't I'd disregard that!, only used one onion, used regular paprika, chili powder, and a small handful of parsley on thin chicken breasts. Didn't change cooking time, came out perfect! Definitely will make again!

I loved the ingredients in this recipe...it looked so flavorful and interesting! However, being the ever lazy cook, I didn't want to precook potatoes, warm the pan, then add more stuff, etc, etc. I decided just to combine all the ingredients in one pan and cook. This was a mistake. The potatoes were good, but the chicken didn't have a lot of flavor. I think I may have to try this again when I can follow the recipe exactly. It was REALLY onion-y. Maybe a few less onions next time as well.

The chicken dish did come out very tender and juicy however I found the smoked paprika( which I made a special trip out for too overpowering. I love spicy food, the spicier the better, however this spice reminded me of the smell of smoked almonds, almost artificial..and wasn't spicy.. I noticed that most 5 star reviewers had no smoked paprika on hand and substituted for something else which now seems like a very good idea. I will do recipe again as called for except for the paprika and I'm sure it will be 5 star worthy!!

I actually made this dish this past weekend and I do have to say it was delicious. My husband and I loved it.I followed the recipe but added a little more seasoning to the potatoes. I used cayenne pepper, Montreal Steak seasoning from McCormick for a kick.
Instead of using chicken thigh I used boneless chicken cutlets. If you use chicken cutlets the cooking time should be 2-4 less. The red onion gave a nice flavor to the chicken.
    The recipe is a keeper.
