Meh...this is pretty tasty for a mac and cheese. Not the best I've had, but pretty good. I was expecting more heat, but I think the Cajun seasoning I used wasn't the best. Next time I think I'll add a dash of cayenne. My only real complaint about this recipe is that it calls for 12oz of pasta instead of a pound. That just seems weird and it would be better if the recipe was made for a pound of pasta.

This is amazing. I used this recipe to make mac & cheese egg rolls by using elbow noodles vs. wagon wheels. Great appetizer!

This was only ok, the taste wasn't bad but it wasn't anything spectacular. All you could taste was the cajun seasoning and a hint of cheese. I don't think I'll make it again.

Awesome, I used jalapeno sausage instead and I used Emeril' Cajun Seasoning, and it was really good, highly recommend it!

Meh...it was pretty good. Not something I would repeat but was interesting to try. I think it must have something to do with the quality of the Andouille... I used a different kind than I normally do and the flavor wasn't as bold. I also used half cajun seasoning and half Emeriles creole seasoning...just because the cajun seasoning I have is a tad bland.

Easy and delicious! My boyfriend and I loved it. Next time I will add some shrimp! I used half of a jalapeno pepper for a little heat, Emeril's Essence for the cajun spice and mini bow ties since Winn Dixie didn't sell the wagon wheel pasta.

This recipe was pretty good, and my guests raved about it. Followed the recipe exactly, and used a red bell pepper. I didn't really like the taste of the red pepper in this recipe. I liked using the wagon wheel pasta because the sauce just clings to all the nooks and crannies. Will make again, with a few adjustments.

This was so stinking delicious! I was apprehensive about trying a new recipe on my boyfriend's birthday but we are excited to eat it for leftovers.. as there were LOTS. Our roommates felt inferior because they were making regular ole' mac n cheese; they ended up just eating ours! We were going to attempt to combine two mac n cheese recipes because we didn't know what one to make, so we also added gruyere cheese, but I think it'd be best without it. Also didn't think it was necessary to use whole milk, we just used what we had and it was fine.
