I watched this episode recently and thought it sounded yummy. When I suggested it to my husband he wasn't so keen on the idea of cranberries in the meatloaf! So last night I made it with my daughters help and it was a huge success everyone went back for seconds even my husband! We made the gravy also and we served it with honey cinnamon dinner rolls it hit all the thanksgiving notes! My 8 year old son wants it again tonite! So glad we tried it thanks Rachel for the twist on meatloaf.

This is delicious. I have made it several times. I even made it with ground venison the last time and it was just as good. It is a new staple for me

Pretty good, but not excellent. It's a nice twist on meatloaf and a nice change from the norm. Made the gravy too and it came out a little thinner than most. Would make again, but not very often.

I was also very skeptical about this dish. It was very easy to make and a great way to provide something different to put on the table. Everyone loved it. As I was putting it in the oven, I realized that I forgot the cheese. It was still delicious.

Very easy to make. Loved it. But then all of Rachael's recipe's that I have tried have been good.
Thanks for sharing, Rachael

My family and I loved this dish. It was like Thanksgiving in May, but without all the hassle. It is a great alternative to the same old meatloaf (although we love the meatloaf that I make from a food network recipe! The gravy tricked me...I wasn't sure about it as I was cooking it. I thought it was never going to thicken (I decided to leave out the egg, but it turned out awesome. You really should make it to go with the meatloaf. Thank you Rachael!!!

I'll admit I was a bit skeptical about this one but I gave it a shot and I'm glad I did. It really did taste like Thanksgiving! I used 1.25 lbs. of turkey instead of 2, I didn't use any celery and I left the apple cider out of the gravy because the store didn't have any. It really turned out good and this is a great dish I can make ahead of I need to and get my Thanksgiving fix! :o
