Delicious! Loved them their soft and the Carmel and chocolate just amp it up.i let the sit out on the counter for 3hours then refrigerated them for 3more and their perfect!but I used a (8x10 1/2 pan, unwrapping those Carmel's was a pain though.

I have made this recipe three times and have LOVED it every time! It is somewhat labor intensive with the caramels, but well worth it! My family have all requested this recipe for their own families.

These are the BEST brownies ever and so easy to prepare. We had friends over for game night and these were the star of the show!. No one would leave without the recipie!! Making 2 batches next time.Try them soon,..you wont be disappointed!!

These deserve 10 stars! I have made these numerous times and they are perfect every time. Yet another great recipe from the pioneer woman! Thank you!! Bottome line...make these brownies!!!!

After making these for the first time and sharing them with friends and family, I have made them 4 times in the last two weeks. I love them but try not to have but a bite now and then, but my husband had me make another batch a few days ago just for him since he got few of the others that I had made and passed around. This is a very, very simple recipe that tastes like it isn't so simple.

I went right by the recipe and this brownie did nothing for me. This is the first Ree's recipe I didn't love. Will not make this one again.

I took these brownies to my grandsons football game and both my daughters went to work next day raving about them. Now all nurses in L/D at St Joseph's Hosp have the recipe and all the nurses in O/P Surgery center have it to. They were the best I've ever made!!

akd9na: i did find this recipe on her website, but it was posted AFTER the first time i had made these brownies. also in that post where she made these brownies, she did not take credit for the recipe. so like i said before these brownies are awesome, everyone loves them, i just hope that she didn't take credit for them on this episode (i didn't see this one.

My husband and son ( and nephew really liked these brownies. While I loved all the ingredients ( german chocolate cake, caramel and pecans, I have to say I am not a fan. A little disappointing for me but I will make for them. The recipe is really easy,which I like as well.
