    Super yummy; an easy weeknight dinner. Especially enjoyed drinking the rest of the bottle of wine while cooking it lol. Thanks for the recipe!

    Made this last night and then reheated it tonight. My husband loved it, went in for seconds. Alittle bit of work to make it, but worth it. You must have bread ready to mop up the juices! Thanks Rachel!
