Not my favorite cookie because they were way too salty! They were also a bit dry. I will try these again but will use unsalted butter and 1/4 teaspoon salt and see how they turn out.

Very tasty, even plain. Very easy to make but messy because of the cocoa needed for rolling the dough. I drizzled brown sugar icing (penoche ? on some of them. Marvelous!

I agree with the last review. The cookies are dry considering how rich the dough was. The dough was very difficult to work with. I am disappointed with how they turned out.

Very disappointed. Cookies dry.baked only 7 min. Cookies were about 1/4"; so they were not thin cookies

I love watching your show, but the recipe today for the chocolate cookies was not sweet AT ALL! We tried making an icing and put between the cookies--not so good. We dipped it in chocolate almond bark and put M & M's on top--still not so good. It just seems like the confectioner's sugar was overpowered by the cocoa powder.
