Best. Ever. Just the right tang, no mustard! Favors are amazing together. I used dried instead of fresh herbs but still fabulous

GREAT - made it many times with fresh dill and a sprinkle of dried dill or dried dill seeds, ground in my coffee mill spice grinder. My family, friends and I prefer the sprinkle of dried seed, dried dill #2, fresh #3, almost to a man. Go figure? But , _ALWAYS_ fresh tarragon.

I believe this recipes is the most delicious potato salad recipes I've ever had. It's all about getting the right potatoes. I get the small Yukon Gold in a 1 1/2 lbs. package at Trader Joe's. I use less mayo than it call for because of the calorie count. Use your judgement. The Tarragon (fresh makes it extra great. I used dry dill for color and it adds a nice taste to it. I make it all the time for company and everyone raves about it.

I cut the recipie in half and used used red potatos becuase yukon gold only come in a 5-lb sack and I'm making for us 2 old folks. Taragon vinegar and all fresh herbs, I did put it in the fridge for an hour before serving. A touch vinegary, which we love. The Tarragon taste is amazing. This is so much better than deli potato salad it's ridiculous. We're going to do this for a family gathering soon. Fast, easy, excellent.

This potato salad is amazing! Just the right amount of mayo, & the tarragon and lemon juice add wonderful flavor. My husband said it's the best potato salad he's ever had, and I will definitely be making it again.

Very tasty & refreshing. I'd go with one tbsp. of lemon as it dominates the flavors & add 1 tbsp of dijon. The fresh tarragon peeks thru nicely. Looking forward to trying it with my baked chipotle salmon before summer ends.

Very tasty. The first time I made it I overdid the tarragon, only had dried at the time. The times after that I used fresh and it was a delight!
