    Made this for dinner but with a few substitutions. Had to make without the wine, I used regular button mushrooms instead of portobellos and I didn't make the bearnaise sauce. All in all was still very good. I love using rosemary on steaks. Maybe one of these days I'll be brave and try to make the bearnaise sauce.
