Very Good, I was afraid the glaze would be too sweet and weird but it was perfect! I used panko bread crumbs because I didnt have cracker and added bell pepper when I sauted the onions.

I watched this show recently while sick in bed. I couldn't wait to make this recipe. My sister watched the show and made the meatloaf before I could. My family had it for dinner tonight and there is not one morsel left. All I can say is WOW.

This is now one of hubby's favorites. My son hates meatloaf but loved this. The only thing I changed was I used Ritz crackers - I was out of Saltines. The glaze puts it over the top. I wanted it for sandwiches but never got that far. It was gone long before that. Next time I will need to make a double batch so there are leftovers for sandwiches.

I don't really care for this show. I think the host trys too hard to be funny; nothing else was on. I immediately went out and bought the ingredients for the meatloaf. It was easy to put together and very tasty. The sauce is a must. I'm looking forward to trying it on sandwiches. This is definitely a keeper recipe.

I saw this today and made the meatloaf for dinner with Brussels sprouts and corn on the cob. Not a very summery menue but I couldn't help it. The meatloaf looked so delectable on tv this morning. For years have been making my Aunt Mabel's meatloaf but this recipe is absolutely delicious. Works perfectly I will make the sandwiches later this week. But will make the meatloaf from now on. It's really wonderful. My tacky little grocery does not run to ground veal and pork so I used all ground round and it was still mouth watering. Thank you!

Oh so happy to find the recipe I lost years ago, as soon as I can find some veal ( hard to find over here I will make it, maybe you can tell me what to use instead, keep the good work and I just want to say I love your show. Aloha from Hawaii.

Oh my this is the best sandwich I have ever had! I don't even like meatloaf and this sandwich was amazing! I made this for my family of 4 and Grandma. I was not sure I would even try it. Now we have put it on our weekend meal rotation. A must try.

P.S make extra sauce to dip the sandwich in. Yum!

This is delicious. I did use some ground turkey to make it a little healthy-still great. The sauce really adds to the flavor. My husband did not use catsup as he usually does with meatloaf. I have made this twice and doubled it so I can put some in the freezer.
