After watching the show I raced out and bought all the ingredients then my husband made the sandwich exactly like Jeff. OMG soo good!!! It was so good we invited my husbands best bud over the next day for one we just had to share. Tonight we are making the french onion grilled cheese ....my kitchen smells so good right now can't wait til it is done!

Family said Best Meatloaf ever! They really enjoyed the taste of the meatloaf and really loved the glaze/sauce. Also found this fairly easy to make. Next time I want to try the saltines and dijon mustard. I used bread crumbs and regular yellow mustard and it was still Yummy. This one is definetly a keeper. Thanks Jeff!

I cooked this the other night and my husband said it was the best meatloaf I ever made. It was moist, juicy and easy to make. We didn't eat it as sandwiches but I will have to make it again and do that. I now know the trick of 1 egg for every pound of meat.

I made this a few days ago for a friend and he said that it was the best sandwich he's ever eaten. Way to go Jeff, that is HIGH praise. I have to agree, it was simply amazing. The ONLY thing I changed in the recipe was the rolls. My grocery store didn't have potato rolls so I used sub rolls and buttered them and grilled them before adding the meat. INCREDIBLE!!!

I made this yesterday and it turned out great. I used 1/2 beef and 1/2 pork. I messed up the recipe and accidentally put the onion and garlic in the mix raw. No biggie, I just cooked it longer....my regular meatloaf recipe uses raw onion, so I knew it would turn out OK. The glaze was delicious, as everyone has said. Thanks, Jeff for a great recipe!

This turned out great and will definitely replace my previous go-to meatloaf recipe (which happened to be my Mom's recipe!. My husband chris woods from guaranteed rate loves the fried onions on top as well! Keep those recipes coming - we love everything we've tried so far!
