We loved the turkey. I doubled the chipotle sauce, because we used a whole turkey. I also put some between the skin and the meat. The Pomegranate Cranberry Relish was not that great. We didn't like the pomegrante in the relish. If we make again, we will leave out the pomegrante and onion, and add crushed pineapple. Didn't make the polenta.
