Very YUMMY!!!! It was very moist and delicious : and instead of regular granulated sugar, I used light brown sugar. I thought it would give much more flavor! And I think it did! Thanks Pioneer Woman! :

OMG....these were awesome..., couldn't stop eating them.....one day we made meatball sandwiches, another day we put over white rice & another day over buttered noodles. Would double the sauce recipe though......will definetly make again!

Love the flavor, texture. Instead of flouring and frying meatballs, I bake them with the sauce and they are just as great and healthier!!

sometimes I sound like a broken record with Ree's recipe but this one is another 5 star. I love what the oats do for the meatballs and dredging in flour was a new step for meatballs. We loved them. Great sauce, too

I was skeptical about this recipe as I was mixing it up--was afraid these meatballs would be tough. Just the opposite!!! Love the old fashioned flavor of the oats. Really good--will definitely make again!

I love that the meatball recipe is wheat free, (minus the flour, it is not needed. They are a little bland, next time I'll add garlic.

Divine! These are the best meatballs! Yes, it does take some time, so why not just make a double batch and freeze some! Really only takes about 10 - 15 minutes to roll the meatballs out and yes.........frying them up takes some time...............but well worth it! My husband now prefers these to meatloaf! There are so many different things you can do with the leftovers that you freeze. Thanks Ree!!!!!!!
