    This pudding really is delicious. However, the caramel is a bit more than what I wanted to deal with because the sugar burns sooo quick and you have to watch it like a hawk. I would recommend going with a store bought caramel sauce. In fact, the pudding is so good I dont really think it needs the sauce, just pile on some good whipped cream while its still warm with some fresh lemon zest on top and enjoy!! Yum..
