Grilled Cheese Sammies must have Mayo or Miracle Whip on them, Period, with a good American Cheese. I have been making them for decades. Made with a homemade Tomato Soup and it is always a winner combo!!!

yummy recipe! My son made these for his cooking merit badge and took the finished sandwiches to youth group. We left the blue cheese chunky because we didn't have a food processor. Instead of heavy cream we used greek yogurt, he made these with an electric skillet and a microwave in a hotel room. We did everything as described and definitely a hit with teenage boys and the scoutmaster!

Simple to prepare and delicious. Hot chicken, tangy blue cheese, crunchy bread. What's not to love?

I love this. I tried it as a lunch with my husband and he also loved it. I didn't do anything different other than double the blue cheese spread. Can't wait to use it as an starter for a party.

These sandwiches were pretty good. I liked all the ingredients involved in the sandwiches but I had to add a few more spices to make it taste better.

The blue cheese spread was good but I added more blue cheese to the food processor because it seemed a little watery.

And I added a little salt and some pepper to the chicken, because if you don’t it just taste like pure hot sauce on chicken, which is okay don’t get me wrong, it’s just not enough for me. I don’t want chicken with hot sauce on bread. I think the extra spices make it “buffalo” chicken.
