I felt daring and decided to make these on vacation. These are definitely an adult cupcake and one that might be fun at a party. The consistency of the cupcake was fantastic. The taste was unusual but interesting. Add the delicious frosting and I thought they were fun. The frosting has a bite to it because of the cayenne pepper so don't give to kids. I would also warn people before serving. If you enjoy trying interesting and new things, you will like these. Makes a lot of batter so use muffin cups instead of cupcake or just have extra.
