    We made this tonight without the red cabbage and it was just outstanding. The dressing was one of the tastier Italian dressings I've ever made, and it really tied all the other salad components together into one delicious salad. I halved the recipe and my husband and I ate the entire thing ourselves. This one will get made again for sure. Maybe even tomorrow.

    The salad came out amazing instead of using the dressing I used regualr publix lite honey dijon and it was perfect.

    The Sandwich King is The Salad King! Made this salad for dinner tonight and served it with Butternut Squash Soup. The salad was delicious. Can't miss with bacon AND gorgonzola, what a treat. The pasta was also a wonderful addition as it soaked up the delicious salad dressing. Don't omit it as I was tempted to do, it's there for good reason. We eat a lot of salads for dinner and this will definitely be a welcome addition to our rotation. (Cut recipe in half as it's just for two but stayed faithful to all of the ingredients.
