I bake my chicken wings in the oven at all times, The only thing I do that make mine better than this recipe is;I place a sheet of parchment on bottom of sheet pan, then place the chicken on top a rack so the fat drips away, making my wings more healthy, and taste great!! and when you see what accumulate on the patchment paper, you will be glad you did it this way, also helps the cleanup of the sheet pan.
