This was quite ordinary. It could have used more salt, sugar and cheese. However the cornbread was easy to make, moist, and the chipotle flavor was nice. But its defenitely missing something. Ive tried the green chile cornbread on the Simply Recipes blog, and thats far superior.

Thank you Gina and pat! This is a keeper. This cornbread is very flavorful and addicting! My husband and I will be sure to make this again. I would add just a little more honey if you are the type who loves sweet N spicy together.

Being the Southern woman that I am , I like my cornbread like I like my men...Sweet! This is not a sweet cornbread, but it was great just the same~

This cornbread was really tasty. It was quite spicy, you could easily omit the chipotle pepper and just use the adobo sauce if you want it a little more mild. But easy to make and delicious!
