Awesome. My husband such a sceptic "i don't like thousand island dressing..." devoured 2 1/2 of these! Made it with turkey and beef pastrami. It was a bit salty but I think it was the saurkraut or deli meat. Used the dressing on salad greens in a wrap with chicken breast the next 2 days too.

The sandwich really does taste and look like it's from a deli. I made four sandwiches and the dressing recipe could have been cut by 75%, so if you make it to serve 4, then at least cut the dressing recipe in half. Combining the dressing and kraut is a good trick for sure because it holds really well that way. I was skeptical about placing the kraut mixture directly on the bread rather than placing the cheese first and then the kraut, but there was no soggy bread at all, the bread stayed perfect. Best of all, everyone really really liked it. I served it with oven-baked fries. I love sandwiches for dinner but they can be so boring, but Jeff's recipes are fun and delicious.

Jeff, Jeff, Jeff. Simply one of the finest sandwiches I have ever eaten. I'm 60 years old and can't think of its equal. Thumbs up my culinary sandwich genius.

This sandwich was amazing! The dressing is what makes it! Combining the kraut and the dressing really made the sandwich terrific! The recipe makes a ton of the dressing, but go ahead and use it on anything and everything. I have used it now on all types of sandwiches, burgers, as chip dip, veggie dip... you name it, it will work with it! Sooooo Delish! The show is so entertaining too. I love to watch Jeff. I'm always smiling by the end of the show. Thanks for the sandwiches King Jeff!

Million Dollar Reuben! I consider myself a reuben snob. I judge a restaurant/deli by it's rueben. This is best reuben- and I made it at home! Follow the recipe exactly. I rarely ever say that about a recipe. The sauce is dynamite. My husband was talking about it the next morning. SO DELICIOUS!!!!

This was so good! That dressing is absolutely to die for! I made it for my parents, and my mother hates spice. She literally ate the leftover dressing all week long on every kind of meat that she had. YUMMY
