    Creamy and tasty. It was too good. I loved the use of the 8oz of macaroni. The cooking in the crockpot left me with a good dish without the use of an oven.

    My family loved this mac and cheese. I did double the elbow macaroni, and it worked like a charm. I did it in the crock pot just for kicks, but will make it in the oven from here on out. I read many of the negative reviews, and am pretty sure they did something wrong. It's a simple recipe and NOT expensive in any way. It doesn't ask for 5-year aged sharp cheddar, just simple sharp cheddar. Not expensive. It was creamy, tasty, and I'm kind of a mac and cheese snob, so this is saying a lot.

    I can't imagine why this recipe has received such poor reviews, lately. I made it, followed the directions (except I used 1/2% milk bacause that's what we had, and I added a couple of dashes of Tabasco because we always add it to mac & cheese and it was easy and delicious. I will definitely make it again and I would recommend it to my friends.

    I made this Mac and Cheese and it was DELICIOUS!!!!!!! I love this recipe. I have been trying to find a good Mac and Cheese recipe but I couldn't find one, but this one is PERFECT!!!! Thanks Trisha!

    I ran out of sharp cheddar and substituted about half the needed amount of cheese with Velveeta. It still tasted great! Wonderful recipe!

    I've made this recipe several times. My family and I love, love, love it! I wonder if the people giving it bad reviews aren't following the recipe?? I think everyone should give it a try... it's the only mac and cheese I make now!

    Easy, creamy goodness. I'm making it twice which I hardly ever do with new recipes. I also gave it to a friend. Try it! The only thing it lacks is the crispiness of mac n cheese baked in the oven, but there are instructions for the oven; I just haven't tried it.
