I made the burrito for breakfast for my family. It was a big hit. I have made it twice so far and both times they raved over it. I made it without sausage both times. Next time I will try to make it with sausage.

Made these for the first time (minus potatoes for my 15 yr old sons friends. They had slept overnight and were bored with the usual. They finished every last bite and ask for it every time they sleep over!!

My husband made these yesterday for breakfast, and oh my how they hit the spot! They are great the next day too. It might be worth considering preparing the potatoes in advance, as they make this a bit of a time-consuming event, which I do not care for first thing in the morning.

So über delicious!!! I browned refridgerated hash browns in lieu of her breakfast potatoes (wasn't adventurous enough that morning to do so. This is great for a sleep-over breakfast. My kids really love these.
