This sandwich is delicious - thank you Jeff! We used the leftover ham from Easter. Let me tell you, this is the best use of leftovers that I've ever found. Will definitely make these again next year!

Awesome!!! Made miniature versions for a baby shower tea. Everyone raved about them. All the components of the sandwich complimented each other very nicely. Biscuits are great by themselves too. A few of my aunts want the recipe as well.

I am IN LOVE with this recipe. The drizzle is SO good; glad I have leftovers to add to more ham, chicken, etc. The biscuits were very tasty too. Thank you, Jeff. You are the Sandwich King!

Wow! The flavors of the biscuit, ham, arugula and sauce complimented each other and were a huge hit at my dinner party Served with mac & cheese and corn on the cob.

I made the glaze for Easter dinner and drizzled it over the ham. Everyone LOVED IT! They were dipping bread into it. So good!

OMG! These biscuits are delightful. I did not bake them in a cast iron skillet. Will do next time. Mine came out small due to what I used. Husband had multiples of them. I did not try the glaze yet but will add soon. These were moist and yummy. I used microwaveable sweet potatoes instead of fresh. I think that made my batter "wetter". I added more flour which did not dry them out. This is a "keeper" receipe.

Delicious. I used canned sweet potatoes instead of fresh due to lack of time. I also didn't use the blackberry sauce, however, my 17-year old tried them and said they "Taste like Thanksgiving dinner!" Everyone enjoyed them and I'm about to make my second batch in 3 days.

This blackberry balsamic glaze is one of the best things I ever tasted! YUM! My biscuits didn't rise much either, but still a winning recipe! Keep 'Em Coming, Jeff!

Biscuits? Awesome. Blackberry glaze? Beyond awesome. I want that glaze poured into my casket when I die, it's so good. I bought a 10 pound ham to go with this recipe and boy am I happy to have all that leftover ham! My cast iron skillet was not big enough to accomodate all the biscuits, but any baking vessel will do. Great recipe. Great show!
