Was just so-so as a salad dressing... ... but used the rest to marinate chicken breasts and roast mixed veggies...turned out great.... will definitely try again and adjust my lemon and garlic... I like a garlicky salad dressing

Mindlessly simple to make and really good. Improves on an old family tradition of Oma's lemon salad dressing. The only hard part is planning ahead to make it! Which is fine, because I thought it was delicious when eaten immediately.

I have followed The Pioneer Woman blog forever, and just happened to catch her on tv while making a patient's bed at work.. how fortuitous!

Meh. Nothing special. More acidity is needed, and it helps to smash the garlic clove a little.

This is excellent. I would agree with one of the initial posters who indicated it's best when it sets overnight. Ree has a great show and we enjoy sharing in her life and her family and her great, easy recipes!

I make all my own salad dressing and this is definitely one I will add to my "go to" dressings. It is tangy and flavorful. The only downside is that it is best if it is 24 hours marinating. So, it is not for last minute meals. The way I fix that is to always have some in the fridge!

Another easy and tasty dressing from Ree. The lemon juice gives it a nice tang. Very refreshing on a salad.

I love an easy salad dressing and this is perfect. Stores well and the suggestion to let it sit for 24 hrs is spot on! Ree, love your show and how refreshing to meet your awesome hard-working family!
