Easy and delicious tasting rolls. I always get rave reviews from the family, friends, and co-workers.

The cinnamon rolls are the so fantastic! You can't mess up if you follow the recipe. I did half the recipe and I still had a pan for the neighbor and 2 for myself. Next time I won't half it because you just won't believe how good they are. The maple flavoring with the coffee is the secret. My guy doesn't even like coffee and he had no idea why the frosting was so good! Give them a try and you will be a hit even if you think your not a baker.

Very good and much easier than you'd think at first glance. The recipes makes a LOT of cinnamon rolls, but I've had extremely good luck halving the recipe and then freezing what we don't want to bake. Instead of melting the butter, I softened it and then whipped it with the sugar and cinnamon to create a kind of paste - much easier to roll, plus you keep all that yummy flavor inside the roll and not on the countertop where it doesn't do anyone any good!

TO FREEZE: follow the directions as normal. After you've place the cut cinnamon rolls in the pre-buttered pans, freeze the pans. When you want to bake them, let them defrost on the countertop overnight, and then bake as normal in the morning. Presto! Perfect, fresh cinnamon rolls. The frosting freezes well, too, but be aware that it stays soft when frozen, so if you're thinking to give away your bounty, you won't be able to pop it out of the container for transport.

Best cinnamon roll recipe ever. The dough is very easy to make and work with and results in light and airy cinnamon rolls. I actually use this recipe instead of my mom's recipe. The only change I made is that I can't quite give up my cream cheese icing. It is a large recipe, so I make a pan for my family and then share a bunch with my neighbors.

Amazing cinnamon rolls. I took them to a friend in lieu of a birthday cake. She loved them.

These are sooo good. I made them at the urging of a friend. I was hesitant because I love cream cheese icing, but she was right, amazing! I halved the recipe and used skim milk, otherwise followed it as written. I kept a pan for myself, gave one to a neighbor (and Ree's right - she keeps asking when I'm making them again! and I froze a pan. When I baked that one I stuck it in the fridge the night before and then followed the method in Alton's overnight recipe, I stuck them in a cold oven and put a pan filled with boiling water below it and let them rise for 30 minutes.

Wow! These are delicious! I have cut the recipe in half and will still have plenty left over for my buddies in blue! I added a couple of eggs to the filling at the suggestion of my mom so the filling was a little thicker but otherwise Fantastic!

These were good. Great for when you need to have cinnamon rolls in a hurry. Will make these again.

I love love love this recipe! I was in search of a cinnamon roll recipe that would not be a total pain to make! this is the one! so easy, so tasty! I didnt want a recipe that I had to make first thing in the morning. you can make it the night before and cook them in the morning. I do recommend cutting this in half. I have 2 teen boys and a husband eating these and there is still another pan left over. I also use Vietnamese cinnamon and vanilla frosting. I am not a fan of maple.

So perfect!!! Heavy, of course, but thats the deal with cinnamon rolls. I made a half recipe, and added pecans to the roll stuffing. Freaking delicious!!! And there was still half of the half recipe to freeze for a future date!
