Excellent sandwich. Multiple layers of flavors and textures. I definitely recommend this recipe, you won't be disappointed. I tossed the salad with a little olive oil and a pinch of salt and freshly cracked black pepper; other than that, I followed the recipe to the letter. Thanks for a great sandwich recipe, Jeff!

This is one of the best vegetable marinades I have ever used. I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich and I am not a vegetarian....Yummy and delicious!!! I will absolutely prepare this recipe again!!

You did it again Jeff! Amazing! I let the veggies marinate overnight so they were very very flavorful!
I put A LOT of goatcheese on so it was a bit rich,dont go crazy with the goat cheese lol

This was amazing. I wasn't too sure with all the strong flavors, (basil, sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese, etc. but it was delicious. I didn't have all the veggies, so just grilled extras of the ones I had on hand. I used a thin smear of the goat cheese on both slices of naan, and I'm happy I'll have enough for more sandwiches. It was messy to eat, and worth every drop!

This sandwich was just like Jeff described. It felt as if I was eating a big, meaty sandwich, when it was really just vegetables and cheese. Outstanding!!!

I used a low fat balsamic vinegrette to marinate veggies and used roasted red pepper instead of banana pepper. It was so good. Would never have thought of using goat cheese as a spread. There are so many variations a person can do with this recipe. Thanks for the ideas!

We made our own sandwich bread and used the grill to bake it (our pizza crust recipe, plus adding chipotle to the spread adds that southwestern flavor. Also, we used a package of small variety peppers which worked great. Using a grilling basket kept the veggies from falling into the grill. Next time we will add grilled poblano peppers. Outstanding sandwich and TV show. Thanks.
