OMG! This recipe is fabulous, Guy. I made the waffles as directed but winged the gravy and used popcorn chicken for ease. Slam dunk! I will definitely make this again.

This recipe is absolutely awesome! Relatively easy to make and delicious! My husband and I tried it as soon as we watched Guy make it in his show!
Highly recommend it! It's for the kids in all of us!

My husband and I make this at least once a month on a sunday, and everyone we have shared it with LOVES it. The chicken is soooo tender and the gravy is amazing.

"I watched Guy's show and decided to try this recipe. I was hesitant at first because I never tasted a savory waffle and I LOVE chicken and waffles. I decided to follow the recipe as is and was very glad that I did. My husband, daughter and I enjoyed every last bite. We all agreed that it was perfect for brunch or dinner because of all the different flavors. I will definitely make this meal again without making any changes. It did however take longer to prepare than I expected so my suggestion would be to give yourself extra time.

It was SO tempting to go more conservative with this recipe, but I just threw caution into the wind and did it Guy's way. It felt really strange putting shredded chicken, and sauteed peppers and onions into waffle batter, but... I have to say it was A M A Z I N G. My husband said it was one of the best things I've prepared for him. The flavors are all so bold, but somehow work well together. It was extremely satisfying because it was so flavorful. Winner, winner, chicken dinner :

I don't have anything to compare this to because I haven't ever had chicken and waffles until tonight, but I can't imagine that anybody's recipe could be better! The layers of flavors were excellent. I especially liked the cumin in the peppers, onions and diced chicken that went in the waffles. I didn't think that I'd like the italian seasoning in the gravy, but once it was finished it really tasted good. The chicken with the panko was spot on. I had to buy a waffle iron to cook this today...glad I did. Guy...it was money. Thank you!
