Awesome! We loved this and will keep it as one of our top burger recipes. The ground brisket is so good, the burger just melts in your mouth. We also loved the pickles and thousand island dressing. A must try!

I guess I have different tastes. I threw out the pickles and though I used the dressing, it did not delight me at all. I'd have preferred regular 1000 island for something different or just dressing the burger with the regular stuff: mustard, ketchup, and/or mayonnaise. My burger was great, but I didn't follow the recipe for that. I just grilled ground beef with salt and pepper. Sorry, others obviously loved this stuff, but for me, it was a waste of time and ingredients. The pickles were sour and the dressing, though fine, did not wow me in any way.

I didn't do the pickles but everything else was good, had a hard time trying to get the burger flat, next time I'll just pat them flat before I griddle them.

I havent tried the burger or dressing yet but i have the pickles several times, my family loves them so much i cant keep any in the house. The last time i made them i added ginger & hot pepper flakes. Also ive only used pickling cucumbers so far and have been inspired to grow my own. Thanks for a great recipe Jeff, i absolutely love them!

Well, I only made the pickles, so far, but they are FABULOUS!!! So easy and so tasty. I didn't have champagne vinegar, so only used white vinegar, but despite that, still really great. Lots of compliments on them from lots of folks!
