Delicious! Great comfort food dish. Very nice flavor, and a great use for ground turkey. I do agree to back off a bit on the pasta and panko, but only because it soaks up a bit too much of the wonderful sauce. Will make again!

This was really good and easy to make. I made some substitutions like 93/7 ground turkey, egg noodles, garlic powder instead of garlic, green chiles instead of the roasted poblano and parmesan romano instead of the suggested grated cheese. Even with the substitutions it turned out really good. I realized I didn't have any onion powder so I seasoned it with Trader Joe's 21 seasoning salute, a little cayenne, and smoked paprika. I will definitely make this again.

This was AMAZING and i will definitely make this again and again! The ENTIRE family loved this - all of the grandchildren, the kids - and mom and dad included! I doubled this- cut back on the panko topping from previous suggestions - and added some jalapeno for extra kick - and it was just out of this world!

This was yummy. The only thing is I can't eat peppers of any kind. I love them, they hate me! Also, I cut the recipe in 1/2 because it was just me and my hubby.

Otherwise, I followed the directions and all the spices. I've never had ground turkey before and wanted to try it and this recipe looked good. The turkey was moist and juicy and the seasoned panko on top was the kicker. YUM. If you are going to make this I highly recommend following the recipe unless you are like me and can't eat certain foods. This was easy to make and pretty quick to put together. I loved the olive oil on the panko.

(I hate reading reviews of a dish where people have changed the main ingredients or completely change the recipe.

It's a dish I will keep in our rotation!

I could not, in good conscience, make this by the book. Why use ground turkey if you're going to use all that butter, oil, heavy cream & breadcrumbs. That being said, I lightened it up a bit by using half the amount of butter & oil in the browning portion, and then used fat-free half & half, which is more than 1/2 the calories of heavy cream, and also less than evaporated milk. I used 1 cup of panko & just a couple teaspoons of olive oil, and added parsley & cilantro to the breadcrumbs. This was still a major hit with the family. Definitely would serve with a dollop of light sour cream on top.

This recipe intrigued me and I've been waiting for the chance to try it. It's definitely a keeper, but I would make a few modifications. I halved the recipe for my husband and I, and it seemed like there was not enough sauce in the sauce-to-pasta ratio. This was especially true of the leftovers the next day - it really wanted a bit more sauce because it tended to get dry as the pasta soaked up the liquid. I also would cut back on the amount of panko crumb topping - it's great crunch but there was a bit too much. The topping overwhelmed the dish. My poblano must have been very mild, so if you wanted more heat a seeded jalapeño would probably be just the ticket. I love Guy's recipes - they have such bold flavor and they are worth the work!

This dish was delicious! I printed the recipe out awhile back when I first saw Guy make it and just now got around to trying it. Since my husband and I like a little more spice I used the poblanos and also added a fresh roasted New Mexico hot hatch green chilie. That was the perfect touch!! Now if I can just remember to not touch my face or eyes after handling the peppers....that hatch chilie was really HOT!! That is only addition/change I made and it was fabulous. Will definitely be making this again and again!!

Guy this was wonderful. I made it exactly as specified only omitting the creme fraiche as I didn't have that or sour cream. My husband raved about it. It is definately a keeper and repeat. I might add another pepper and reduce panko but love the added flavor from the lime. GREAT! Many thanks for sharing!

Guy, you've done it again! This was amazing and pretty easy to make. The only change I made was to add more heavy whipping cream to the casserole. I really look forward to recipes from Mr. Fieri and was not disappointed. Keep them coming!
