Easy and yummy. I used tilapia because it was cheaper. I am just discovering Melissa, I just assumed that her food would not be as good becuase of her budget restrictions. Well, I think her show may just be my favorite because she isn't always asking me to cook with expensive ingredients like extra virgin olive oil for sauteeing or procuitto or pancetta or some other European ingredient. If I cook at home I don't want to spend the same amount on food as I would going out to eat.

My wife loved this. Used halibut. Skipped the butter. I did sauté the fish for a bit first since my wife and I like our fish seared rather than white.

This was so amazing! I did not have snapper, so I substituted sole. I am making it again tonight using tilapia. It was a huge hit and we wereved it over a bed of brown rice. Healthy and delicious!

I didn't find red snapper at my grocery store today so I substituted catfish. My boyfriend also does not drink so I omitted the white wine. It still came out wonderful. Very elegant. I am definitely going to make this again. Thanks Melissa

I made this recipe last night and my husband and I just loved it. I used whitefish instead of red snapper and it was very tasty! I may try it with chicken next time. The herbes de provence really made this recipe pop. Also I used canned san marzano tomatoes instead of just tomatoes. These are a little more expensive but well worth it. Very flavorful. Easy recipe that I will be making again. As my husband said, "this is a keeper"!

I printed this recipe after it aired this past Sunday April 29th. I'm glad I made it. This recipe was really easy to follow, and perfect to make on a week night! I am not a huge fan of red snapper, so I actually substituted the Snapper with Tilapia. No leftovers, my family ate everything! Very delicious, a perfect blend of flavors. The vegetables and sauce really add a beautiful flavor to the fish. The dish looks fancy when its done, and it looks like it took a long time to make, when it didnt! I will be making this again!!

This recipe was tasty and super easy to make. I love fish, although I'm not a huge fan of red snapper. For me, the fish was slightly overpowering.
I am going to try this recipe using chicken next time because I absolutely loved the fennel and veggie part of the dish. This was the first time I have cooked with fresh fennel so I am glad I gave this dish a try.

Made this tonight after watching it this weekend.SO GOOD. Don't worry about the fennel- when it cooks it's not strong. This tastes like it talk a long time and it was quick.
