Takes time to grill the potatoes, but it was worth the trouble. My family loved this!

It was good and very tasty. I did'nt grill the potatoes i lightly oiled them and roasted them in the oven. Next time I'll use less garlic powder. Its one for my recipe collection.

This was a delicious salad, and mixing sweet with red-skinned potatoes was a nice variation. For time reasons, we did not grill the potatoes, and we cut them smaller for easier eating. The dressing made with bacon and the drippings was so tastey, the hint of mustard was just right, and while we enjoyed it cold, we might try it warm next time.

I thought this was ok. A lot of work for the dish for it being just ok. I really enjoyed the sweet potatoes and maybe next time will do just those.

My husband and I tried this last night and loved it! He grilled the potatoes a little longer on the grill to ensure they were cooked through but the extra char on them was perfect. We are putting this in our recipe book and plan to make it often! Definitely need to try this!
