WOW!!! This recipe is outstanding. Always a big hit with family and friends alike. The one
Thing I do differently is when I'm roasting the pork in the oven I add a can of root beer. I like to
Make this one for camping. I make everything the day before we leave and put it in an aluminum pan. Once the camp is set up I just put a grate over the camp fire and throw the pan on to heat it up. Quick and easy for the first night out there!

Phenomenal!!!! Wow Jeff, you really hit this one right on the head. Unbelievable balance of flavors... spicy, sweet, savory... not too much of anything. Absolutely just right! This is the recipe I have been waiting for! Thanks buddy.

These were fantastic. I made this on a weekday so used a crockpot with water to cook the pork shoulder instead of doing it in the oven. The sweet chili sauce is spicy, but can be reduced in heat by just reducing the amount of crushed red pepper. My two sons don't like spicy food so instead of dunking the pork in the sauce I just poured a little on the rolls and it was perfect for them. I think next time I am going to try this with sweet cole slaw instead of the pineapple.

I have yet to be disappointed with one of Jeff's recipes. When does the cookbook come out??
