Really good....I added more adobo, a splash of Jack Daniels and a extra chipoltle because I like spicy food...This guy is great. Every recipe of his I've tried has been a hit.

I have to start out saying that I am so glad Jeff made it and has his own show! I haven't seen a recipe that was not anything but wonderful!
I have been saying North Alabama has far better BBQ, than Memphis by far. My family and I moved close to Memphis from North Alabama a few years ago. Anyway, the recipe for the White BBQ sauce is a staple in our house, so I knew it would be delicious!
I also made Jeff's BBQ sauce with chicken breasts last night and family and myself LOVED it! I will never buy BBQ sauce again!
Thanks Jeff! I Love your show and your personality! You are so hilarious, hope you continue to do really well! You deserve it! We look forward to watching your show after we get home from church.

I used it for jumbo wings. After tasting the chipole sauce, I added 1/4 cup honey and 1/4 cup brandy and simmered 10 more minutes."WOW" TO serve, I drizzled the white sauce over the wings. It's now the go to wing recipie for my house. The White sauce will be tried on too many things to list here. Thanks Jeff for an AAAAA+ recipie.

SERIOUSLY DELICIOUS! We have varied palates in our family and everyone LOVED this sandwich. Living in Memphis and having family in Kansas City, my husband has become quite the barbeque connoisseur. He honestly thought this was one of the best spins on a barbeque sandwich he had ever tasted! My 4 ½ year old told us, “I can not stop eating this off my plate.” She used her fingers to get every bit of the Southern White Sauce and actually asked for extra Pickled Onions on the side. (Considering that she usually does not like onions or pickles, this is a true complement to Jeff. Having been a registered dietician, I tried to reduce the fat in a few areas. I substituted chicken breast for chicken thighs, low fat mayonnaise for regular mayonnaise, and toasted ciabatta bread for buttered Texas toast. Due to time constraints, I used a store bought barbecue sauce (The Germantown Commissary. There were plenty of leftovers to enjoy. This sandwich offers a wonderful meld of flavors!

Awesome!! I went right by the recipe with one exception. I didn't have Texas Toast so I made sandwiches with rosemary ciabatta bread. Amazing. The Southern White Sauce is the perfect compliment to the spicy (yes I went heavy on the Adobo sauce. Will definitely make this a regular!
