GOOD!I took the advice of Wabbit0841's tortilla suggestion and used 18 that was the perfect amount. Here are my suggestions for next time:cook the poblano chili's first.I would also suggest that you use more tomatoes than the recipe calls for. I ended up having to add spaghetti sauce to have more sauce in the mix.I plan on warming up the tortillas instead of frying them. Lastly, I would add more sour cream/ it actually cooks down to be like Ricotta Cheese. I hope this helps and ENJOY it as much as I did! Thanks Marcela!

I made this last weekend and it was great! Everyone who had it loved it. It is not the most beautiful dish in terms of presentation but doesn't matter tastes good. Was even good as a leftover.

My husband and I made this last weekend and it was so good! Some things I did differently are, I used tortilla chips instead of frying corn tortillas, I grilled the tomatoes along with the poblanos and peeled them - so much easier, I used fage (? 2% yogurt mixed with a tablespoon or two of milk, instead of the mexican crema and I also used 1/2 monterrey jack and 1/2 smoked cheddar. Yum! I will be making this again.

Next time I would either use a 9x9 pan or use 18 tortillas instead of 12, six for each layer. Four corn tortillas didn't cover the dish. Everyone loved it and said it was a keeper.

Made this a few nights ago and it was AMAZING! I followed the recipe exactly and it was absolute perfection. Only problem I had was charring the peppers so I ended up dry toasting them in a pan and it turned out great! I would suggest after charring peppers put them in a ziploc (when they are hot after to help the skin come off easier, that is what she did on the show.

It was good...I'd probably give it a five star if I would have followed it to a t. I omitted the Crema and the corn because my hubby doesn't like it. I added precooked ground turkey because my hubby likes meat. I fed it to 3 other adults...they loved it! My next goal is to do the meringue strawberry cake...Thanks Marcela!!!

Marcela, this is excellent. I'm making this plus the rest of the recipes from this show farm fresh and right now the casseroles are in the oven. I know they will be delicious. My only question is, nutrients/calories. How can I find out what each serving would be?? None the less, thank you for your wonderful show.
