So simple, and SO GOOD! My husband and I just loved the combination of flavors from the peach, bacon and basil. Used light mayo and only a tiny bit of olive oil. Delish!

We used really large peaches so probably 1 for all 4 sandwiches would be good, but this sandwich was delicious!

My family has been talking about this sandwich all week.
Not sure how it was not BAP instead of BLT all of this time

What a marvelous sandwich!! Kudos to the person who thought of this combination. I am not a mayonnaise fan so I substituted plain Greek Yogurt. And used chicken bacon. All flavors work in perfect harmony.

I think the combination of flavors is amazing. Love it. Something tasting and fresh like a salad, for this hot summer, making a delightful meal.

I don't like bacon so I used prosciutto (I know, same animal but ohhhhh, the saltiness against the SC sweet peaches - mmmmmmm!

This is the first recipe I review for the FNK and I have to say KUDOS to the chefs! A very yummy sandwich! I never liked thick bacon but in this recipe it absolutely works! The sweetness of the peaches gave it such an added surprise! Every ingredient was complimentary to the next. I had tomatoes and avocados that needed to be used so I added it to the second sandwich and the creaminess of the avocado gave it another dimension. Yummy!!!!! An adult version of BLT!
