Good beef recipe. However, I was rather stunned when watching the show the other day and Guy "flambe'd" the bacon drippings (He didn't remove any drippings from the pan, as per this recipe w/ Jack Daniels, creating a rather large grease fire for all us tv viewers. You could tell it even caught him off-guard and by surprise. Like many of his other recipes, I find they are not really all that great, and/or difficult and usually terribly over seasoned. Guy always gets stars from me because he is 'Guy'. But if you make this recipe, proceed w/ caution.
