Absolutely Delicious!!! Was concerned about finding all the ingredients, but found them easily at my local grocery store. Now I will definitely be making this again!! Only change I would make is use a few less noodles and more vegetables for the soba. Also, used 2 pounds of tuna and easily fed and satisfied 4 people. These are flavors that I order at my favorite restaurant, but haven't been able to duplicate at home. Recipe is a keeper!!

This recipe is AWESOME!!!! I have have been looking for this flavor with my Ahi Tuna forever! I will use this over and over again. Next time I will leave the tuna in the marinade for 30 minutes instead of 15. A perfect flavor!
