This is a great dish for pot luck or appetizer - we use tortilla chips for dipping - absolutely yummy - if not spicy enough - add salsa and use jalapeno jack cheese. this recipe is truly authentic and a great comfort dish

My husband and I made this tonight and it was delicious! It tasted just like the queso fundido that you can get in Mexican food restaurants in Houston where I grew up--reminds me of home!

This dish was absolutely delicious! My whole family devoured it in less than 10 minutes. I would recommend it to anyone! I am defiantly going to use this again!
