    Very good guacamole recipe! Easy too! I added cilantro and garlic salt to add more flavor and that did the trick!

    Good base recipe. Maybe a little garlic and some kind of hot pepper, worcestershire sauce might spice it up a little if you like it that way. Absolutely love this show. It is such a nice family show and I think Jamie does a great job as host. Love the interaction with his family & friends. Really nice change from all the cleavage & fakeness of some of the other cooks/shows. Good recipes too. Hope it lasts!!

    This was good when I first made it, but when I went back to it the next day it was too watery. Also, I felt it needed an extra kick. I saw Jamie make this on TV and I love watching his show, but this wasn't the taste I was going for.
